Beautiful hotel, the rooms are very nice, the food is excellent and the staff is great and very attentive and helpful. It is a bit pricey, but you can use the Eurotherme and the hotel spa the whole time during your stay without additional payment, which is great.
We were just strolling by in this quiet hotel famous for its thermal spa. Love the "love" signs all over for a romantic vibe.

Great hotel with direct access to the thermal baths. Rooms clean and quiet. The food is very varied and delicious. There are different wines, the red house wine is very tasty. The staff, chambermaids, restaurant, reception, bar all very friendly and helpful. Arrive and feel good. Highly recommended.
Price-performance doesn't fit. Spider skin in the room. Christmas decorations are puny and made of plastic (looks a few years old).
Dogs are allowed to retrieve balls in the hotel bar. Waiters scoff or stand around. Long waiting time for food.
Quality has deteriorated significantly since we were last here. Absolutely unfriendly reception, massage completely booked for 6 days (mainly by non-hotel guests) and the food was bad. The turkey was always hard, every fish tasted the same, and the sauces were only available in homeopathic doses. You can tell that the food was neither fresh nor particularly good. You always had to get your own breakfast, which wouldn't be a problem if the egg cooker was filled with the correct amount of water. After sitting down, you immediately got a disgusting "smoothie" that probably consisted of ingredients that the chef had diced. You didn't order this and it comes straight away, while you have to wait ages for a melange. The quality has decreased significantly while the prices have increased, I would not recommend this hotel in its current state.
Could not be better! The hotel was very clean, the staff was always friendly, the kitchen was excellent! The short walk to the thermal baths is also great! In the thermal spa itself everything was tip-top, clean and everyone was very friendly! We'll be back👌
